Nice location and comfortable.

Good location for Praia Da Rocha, we stayed in the suite which was a good size. The staff were also friendly and breakfast was decent.

The heater did not work properly. Parking is €18 per day to park at the hotel or you have to park at a further away parking lot with a bit of a walk for free.

Nice location right on the stunning Praia da Rocha beach, beautiful and comfortable outdoor facilities, good breakfast, very professional and nice staff, charming retro wooden furniture in the room.

Amazing breakfast

Amazing breakfast. Everything you could want. Eggs cooked to order. Staff very nice but a bit eager to clear the table before you're finished. So when you get up to get a drink, your food might have been whisked away Free upgrade to beautiful sea view. Nice size balcony. Huge bed. Instant hot water. Comfortable settees in lounge, with bar. Staff friendly and helpful Casino :- similar to the airport getting in cos have to place photo id on scanner. We needed help. Takes a while to get help. Upstairs, you put money in machines and credit note comes out which you take to another machine to get cash back. Downstairs is a blackjack table. 10 euros for 1 go. There's also a roulette table which is a bit cheaper. Not so friendly in the casino

Great view but quality below 5 star

Great location and view from the balcony. Colonial furniture. Nice garden and swimming pool.

High price for the small dog of 20 eur per night with not much included. Breakfast with pool vegan offer and the quality of products below 5 star hotel. Staff very strict and not guest friendly. No cattle, tea or coffee available in the room.

Wonderful

We loved the placement of the hotel and our 2nd floor room with the balcony with ocean view; the big room with all the necessary, that the rooms were cleaned and our bed was made everyday and towell changed everyday. Breakfast was quite of a big choice and tasty as well. . Loved that they had a spa. 80's kind of look,we liked it. Photos don't do it justice

The fact that there isn't an indoor pool or that one of the outdoor pools was not heated. Please take note that the balcony doors are almost mat as a resulat of the cleaning products and you can barely enjoy the view from the bed. Having them crystal clear instead would make it best of the experience for each visitor. Spa could use an updayed jacuzzi with more bubble programs and also maybe some dimmer light or darkers walls. There was a smell when entering room but it got fresh after leaving balcony door open for a while.

Wonderful stay

Great view, close to the beach, room was large and had character, staff were lovely. Would definitely come back again, it’s very close to the marina and strip.

Small things like the facilities were not that great, gym was old and small, the paid spa should not be charged at 15 euros it is a room with a 3 things in it. Breakfast was cold and chaotic but refilled a lot. The pancake machine was odd it’s probably better to make them fresh.

Nice hotel but not 5 star in my opinion

Good location, nice pool area.

Breakfast average at best, very crowded seating. Bathroom dated and poorly lit.

Enjoyable!

Beautiful location, views and rooms. Buffet breakfast was great. Spa was great. Beach out the front is lovely.

There weren’t many plugs in the rooms.

Breakfast was pretty crazy most days and times. Not alot of tables left. Alot of Queuing for hot drinks & toast/pancakes area.

The location was great, right on a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly and professional.

Our room was in an older section and a bit awkward going up stairs then down stairs to get out.

Would definitely stay again

Incredible view from our room and lovely staff who were very accommodating. The pool is beautiful and one of the cleanest pools we have been to. There were plenty of options for breakfast. Great access to beach and loads of sun beds available. Added bonus of having free sun beds on the beach too.

We did have a sewage smell coming from our bathroom when we first arrived due to blocked pipes, however we were promptly moved to a new room with a slightly better view and it did not affect our stay.

Lovely hotel with a very good location

I liked the location, the pool, the breakfast and the rooms were clean.

I did find that a number of staff members didn’t speak English. I have stayed here numerous times and found it to stand out a lot on this trip. It was difficult when ordering food in the pool bar.
